We are excited to collaborate with a renowned local organization in the search for a dedicated Human Resources Manager. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in both tactical and strategic aspects, working directly under the guidance of the HR Director. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including benefits management, new hire orientation, and fostering employee relations. This position is ideal for an HR Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, is adept at crafting processes, and is driven to facilitate organizational growth. Our client provides an attractive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance, a robust 401K plan, and the option for hybrid work arrangements. The annual salary is competitive, up to $100,000, depending on experience.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations, encompassing employee relations, new hire orientation, and benefits administration.
Collaborate with the Recruiting team to bolster hiring and training efforts.
Develop and refine hiring and orientation procedures.
Manage and execute projects for the HR Director, ensuring timely completion amidst tight deadlines.
Design and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Work closely with the CEO and executive team on a daily basis to shape HR strategies.
Propel organizational advancement through focused employee development.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within HR.
A Bachelor’s degree is highly regarded, particularly in Human Resources.
Competence in navigating and contributing to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
