Job Title: Litigation Paralegal – Complex Litigation
Position Overview
LHH has partnered with an amazing firm who is seeking a highly qualified Litigation Paralegal to join their Portland office. This role will be dedicated to supporting complex litigation cases. The position requires strong interpersonal skills for client document collection and collaboration with attorneys and staff. Some travel within Oregon will initially be required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct case-based research, writing, and data entry
Work directly with clients to draft complaints and collect documents
Code and produce documents using Relativity e-discovery software
Track discovery deadlines and maintain case calendars
Provide trial support and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation support, including research, writing, cite-checking, and e-discovery
Trial experience and proficiency with Relativity software strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
Demonstrated ability to draft complaints and review document productions
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and presentations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
WA and OR State court experience is ideal
Reputation for accuracy, dependability, and efficiency
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
Job Details:
Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid: Remote on Mon/Fri, onsite Tues–Thurs)
Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually
