Job Title: Order Entry Specialist Salary: $20-$22.60 per hour Location: 100% remote, but must live on the West Coast of the US in order to be considered Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of converting to a permanent position

Job Description:


LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Entry Specialist to join our global client's team on a fully remote basis. This position is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience, by responding to emails and calls, entering orders, and monitoring shipments for timely deliveries. We are seeking candidates with at least one year of related experience who can start working immediately.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Verify and validate order information to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues.
  • Utilize a CRM system to maintain organized records of orders and customer interactions.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of experience in an order entry, data entry, or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Background in healthcare or insurance is a significant plus.
  • Proficiency with order management systems, CRM or ERP software is preferred.
