Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)
Location: Portland, Oregon (Hybrid)
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annually

About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving people strategies that support business objectives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with deep HR expertise and a passion for employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Lead initiatives in performance management, employee relations, and succession planning.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and improve processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change management and organizational development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
Mentor and coach managers on leadership and employee development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, and HR systems.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment preferred.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
