Job Title: Temp HR Coordinator (Paycom Experience Required) Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid - In-office 2-3 days per week) Duration: At least 1 month (Potential for Extension) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time with potential for part-time) Pay: $25 - $30 per hour LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company to hire a Temp HR Coordinator with experience using Paycom software. This individual will assist with payroll processing and onboarding for new seasonal employees using Paycom. The role is initially scheduled for one month, with the potential for extension. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week remote. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with payroll processing using Paycom software
  • Onboard new employees and ensure accurate data entry in Paycom
  • Coordinate with HR team and staff to ensure smooth onboarding and payroll procedures
  • Provide general administrative support related to HR processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience using Paycom software is a MUST
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and HR procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
  • Must be available for full-time hours, with potential for part-time flexibility
