IT Project Manager – Workday (Digital Technologies)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Digital Technologies Group, with a primary focus on Workday-related initiatives. This role will lead cross‑functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, hands-on Workday experience, and the ability to manage complex initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Define project scope and objectives while supporting the development of project strategies, goals, and key deliverables
Translate business requirements into executable project plans aligned with organizational priorities
Project Execution & Administration
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, assign tasks, and track progress across multiple workstreams
Create, maintain, and govern comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Liaison
Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement changes to keep projects on track
Budgeting & Reporting
Monitor project costs and resource utilization
Provide regular, clear progress updates and risk assessments to stakeholders and leadership
Risk & Proactive Planning
Identify potential risks early and maintain proactive risk registers
Anticipate challenges and develop mitigation strategies before issues impact delivery
Documentation & Communication
Take detailed meeting minutes, draft project plans, and continuously update project documentation
Manage stakeholder communications while directing and supporting project team members
Pay Details: $40.00 to $65.00 per hour
