Customer Service & Support

LHH is seeking a Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client, a small, locally owned company located in the West End of Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a welcoming, professional environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • 30-minute lunch break

  • Fully on-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Manage mail and package deliveries

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
