Senior Technical Recruiter (Hybrid – Riverwoods, IL)

Pay Range: $57.54 – $68.51 per hour
Worksite Type: HYBRID
Hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence 3 days/week (choice of Monday–Thursday) in Riverwoods, IL.


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts across complex, high‑visibility, and highly technical roles. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership and hiring teams, drive sourcing strategy, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will operate with a high degree of independence, delivering exceptional recruiting outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Full‑Cycle Recruiting & Strategy

  • Manage the full life‑cycle recruiting process for high‑level, specialty, or hard‑to‑fill technical roles.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Operate independently to meet time‑to‑fill goals and requisition needs.

Client & Candidate Partnership

  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.

  • Act as a subject‑matter expert to provide guidance, market insights, and best practices.

  • Screen, advise, and coach candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Facilitate formal consensus meetings and decision-making with hiring teams.

Execution & Problem‑Solving

  • Identify root‑cause issues within the recruiting process and implement scalable solutions.

  • Address ambiguity with sound judgment, expertise, and proactive problem-solving.

  • Ensure flawless execution of requisition processing and adherence to standards.

Sourcing & Relationship Management

  • Independently source candidates using networking, call lists, niche platforms, and industry insights.

  • Maintain consistent communication and strong relationships with candidates to ensure engagement.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience.

  • Ability to manage a full desk, including independently sourcing candidates.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high influence capability.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, drive hiring outcomes, and manage relationships.

  • 1+ year of experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.



Pay Details: $57.54 to $68.51 per hour
