Benefits Coordinator
Location: Bergen County, NJ
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to expert for employee benefits and compliance. You’ll manage enrollments, life events, and vendor coordination—plus own the arrears process from start to finish. If you love detail, deadlines, and solving problems fast, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer benefits programs: health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, 401(k), wellness.
Run weekly arrears reports, process payments, reconcile credit cards, and partner with payroll for accurate deductions.
Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, and compliance testing.
Maintain HRIS records and perform audits for accuracy.
Resolve employee benefit questions quickly and professionally.
Support vendor relationships and assist with reporting and system integrations.
What You Bring:
Proven experience managing arrears processes—this is non-negotiable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
HRIS knowledge and benefits administration experience.
The client offers medical, dental, vision, company paid holidays and up to 15 days PTO
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
