LHH is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Romeoville, IL. This is a Contract/ Temporary position only.
- We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team and ensure efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Manufacturing background is a PLUS!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials
- Maintain office filing and documentation systems
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and database management
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
