Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition (TA) team throughout the full-cycle recruitment process. This role ensures an efficient and compliant hiring experience by coordinating interviews, managing pre-employment activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing responsive communication to candidates and internal partners. This is a Contract to Hire position located near Rosemont IL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across departments.
  • Manage the background check process and ensure timely completion.
  • Upload and maintain recruitment-related documents such as behavioral interview guides and adverse action letters.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment workflows and maintain accurate job file documentation.
  • Assist with new hire administration through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure candidate records, requisitions, and job files are accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Track recruiting progress and help streamline daily TA operations.
  • Address inquiries from internal and external applicants regarding hiring status, background checks, and orientation.
  • Communicate regularly with the TA team, candidates, hiring managers, and HR staff.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Provide support for special projects within the TA function as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to assist overall team efficiency.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0–1+ years of general professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Customer?service oriented and professional in all interactions

Job Details:

  • Pay $24-$26 an hour depending on experience
