Assistant Inventory Planner


Type: Temporary, 3-month


Pay Rate: $23 to $26 per hour


Location: Hybrid in Emeryville, CA


Responsibilities:



  • Assist the planning organization in various tasks


  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address inventory challenges


  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make informed decisions quickly


  • Interpret and execute tasks based on provided instructions


  • Utilize intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting


  • Work independently as well as part of a team


  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving positive outcomes and contributing to business growth


  • Take ownership of assigned categories, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness


Qualifications:



  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


  • Capacity to make quick, informed decisions based on limited information


  • Proficiency in interpreting various forms of instructions


  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel preferred


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes and contributing to business growth


  • Creative, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of assigned categories


Office Location: Emeryville, CA (Bay Area). On-site presence required 2 times per week.
