Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Position Summary
The Case Manager functions as both a Customer Service Representative and a case management support resource. This includes handling policyholder inquiries, processing service requests, managing case files, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has prior insurance experience, strong communication skills, and thrives in a high‑volume service environment.
Training and daily support will be provided by the current CSR and the Renewal Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 30–50 inbound customer calls per day and provide clear, professional assistance.
Manage case files, service tickets, and various insurance policy service requests.
Process certificates of insurance and related documentation.
Support ongoing casework and perform administrative tasks assigned by leadership.
Maintain accurate, timely updates within internal tracking systems.
Deliver exceptional service and guidance to policyholders.
Collaborate closely with the CSR and Renewal Manager during training and transitions.
Assist with renewal workflows and help resolve service-related escalations.
Uphold company standards for communication, accuracy, and customer care.
Requirements
Insurance experience required (CSR, agency service, case management, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Experience processing certificates or insurance service requests.
Ability to handle a high call volume (30–50 calls daily) in a professional manner.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
