LHH is in search of a dedicated Helpdesk Support Technician for an awesome contract opportunity in Sacramento, CA.


Job Description:


As a Helpdesk Support Technician, you will be the primary contact for employees facing IT challenges. This role demands an individual who is skilled at diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues, from software malfunctions to hardware complications.


Responsibilities:


Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.


Resolve issues for users through remote access tools and expert knowledge.


Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams as needed.


Document and track customer issues and resolutions through help desk software.


Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up after resolution.


Analyze recurring technical issues and suggest improvements.


Requirements:


Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.


Comprehensive understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.


Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively.


Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.


Proficiency in English with exceptional interpersonal skills.


Employment type: 6 month contract, 40 hours per week.
