Direct Hire | Fully Onsite
Overview: As the Manager of Community Outreach, you will lead initiatives to enhance involvement and connectivity within our client's community. Acting as a bridge between headquarters and regional leaders, you'll be instrumental in implementing creative strategies to boost member engagement in alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the membership team to execute organizational goals while adhering to strategic objectives.
Foster strong relationships with regional leaders, overseeing administrative tasks such as event coordination, leadership management, and financial reporting.
Manage the annual election process at all levels to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Contribute to the development and execution of engagement strategies, maintaining dynamic online and in-person spaces for member interaction.
Monitor engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
Curate and distribute engaging content across online platforms.
Coordinate with team members to enhance the attendee experience at annual conferences.
Manage website content and potentially oversee migration to new platforms.
Administer the client's scholarship programs.
Provide backup support for administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a member-oriented organization.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced computer skills with a willingness to adapt to new software.
Valid California driver’s license.
Flexibility to work occasional non-traditional hours and travel using personal or public transportation.
