Job Title: Senior Program Manager III


Location: Milpitas, CA 95035

Pay Range: $85-$95/hour


Contract Duration: Until 9/1/24


Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance, with at least 5 years of experience in program management.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Spearhead the implementation and assessment of a strategic change management initiative aimed at facilitating organizational evolution.


  • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, product management, and user research, to ensure cohesive alignment and successful execution of program objectives.


  • Develop and sustain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders abreast and engaged throughout the change journey.


  • Identify and mitigate potential barriers and resistance to change, proactively devising strategies to facilitate seamless integration of the program.


  • Employ metrics to gauge the efficacy of the change endeavor and make data-driven decisions to enhance its effectiveness continually.


  • Act as a bridge between executive leadership and project teams, providing regular updates on program advancement and escalating pertinent issues when necessary.


  • Lead strategic change management initiative to drive organizational transformation.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.


  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels for stakeholder engagement.


  • Identify and address obstacles and resistance to change, proactively devising mitigation strategies.


  • Utilize metrics to measure effectiveness and guide continuous improvement efforts.


  • Serve as liaison between executive leadership and project teams, providing updates and escalating issues as needed.
