Job Title: Senior Program Manager III
Location: Milpitas, CA 95035

Pay Range: $85-$95/hour
Contract Duration: Until 9/1/24
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance, with at least 5 years of experience in program management.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the implementation and assessment of a strategic change management initiative aimed at facilitating organizational evolution.
Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, product management, and user research, to ensure cohesive alignment and successful execution of program objectives.
Develop and sustain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders abreast and engaged throughout the change journey.
Identify and mitigate potential barriers and resistance to change, proactively devising strategies to facilitate seamless integration of the program.
Employ metrics to gauge the efficacy of the change endeavor and make data-driven decisions to enhance its effectiveness continually.
Act as a bridge between executive leadership and project teams, providing regular updates on program advancement and escalating pertinent issues when necessary.
Lead strategic change management initiative to drive organizational transformation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels for stakeholder engagement.
Identify and address obstacles and resistance to change, proactively devising mitigation strategies.
Utilize metrics to measure effectiveness and guide continuous improvement efforts.
Serve as liaison between executive leadership and project teams, providing updates and escalating issues as needed.
