$20.00 - $26.00 per Hour


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our client's team and provide essential support to the daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:


· Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments


· Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes


· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution


· Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic


· Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed


· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members


· Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports


· Provide general office support, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment


Qualifications:


· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred


· Proven experience in an administrative role


· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


· Excellent organizational and time management skills


· Strong attention to detail and accuracy


· Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively


· Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Working Hours:


· Monday-Friday


· 40 hours per week


· 8:00am-5:00pm PST

· Compensation $20.00-$26.00 per hour DOE
