Responsibilities:



  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution


  • Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting problems, and providing relevant information


  • Deliver exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions


  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes


  • Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement


  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers


  • Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment



Requirements:



  • Bilingual in Spanish and English


  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Customer-focused attitude with a desire to exceed expectations


  • Previous customer service experience preferred



Working Hours:



  • Monday-Friday


  • 40 hours per week


  • 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm PST
