Customer Relations Representative
Location: Kearny Mesa, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Kearny Mesa. Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying solutions and escalating complex cases when necessary
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
Qualifications:
Previous call center or customer service experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Microsoft Office Suite
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
9:00am-6:00pm PST

Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego
6-12 month contract role with possibility to be extended
Compensation: $24.00- $28.00 per hour DOE
