We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder/Owner of a leading construction company. This is an onsite, Direct Hire position in Mira Mesa with a competitive salary and strong benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder/Owner.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle a significant amount of confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience supporting a C-Suite executive.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000 – $130,000/year, based on experience
