Now Hiring: Executive Assistant job in San Diego, CA

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder/Owner of a leading construction company. This is an onsite, Direct Hire position in Mira Mesa with a competitive salary and strong benefits. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder/Owner.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle a significant amount of confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience supporting a C-Suite executive.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $110,000 – $130,000/year, based on experience
