Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal teams and clients

  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain office calendars

  • Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Support HR, accounting, or marketing departments with administrative functions

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive information

  • Utilize software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems


Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business tools

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams


Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


Details:

  • Located in San Diego, CA

  • Open ended contract position

  • Compensation: $20.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
