Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal teams and clients
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain office calendars
Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support HR, accounting, or marketing departments with administrative functions
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive information
Utilize software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Located in San Diego, CA
Open ended contract position
Compensation: $20.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
