Temporary Administrative Support
Location: Mission Valley, San Diego
Contract Duration: 1–3 Months
Industry: Real Estate Development
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms
Prepare, format, and proofread legal and business documents
Assist with document organization, filing, scanning, and data entry
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive legal information
Track deadlines and assist with legal correspondence and documentation
Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts
Support general office operations as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience required; legal or real estate experience preferred
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
Additional Details:
Onsite position located in Mission Valley
Contract role for 1–3 months with potential for extension
Fast-paced, professional corporate office environment
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST
Onsite, Full-time role
Compensation: $43.00-$45.00 per hour DOE
