Temporary Administrative Support

Location: Mission Valley, San Diego

Contract Duration: 1–3 Months


Industry: Real Estate Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms

  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal and business documents

  • Assist with document organization, filing, scanning, and data entry

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive legal information

  • Track deadlines and assist with legal correspondence and documentation

  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts

  • Support general office operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience required; legal or real estate experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

Additional Details:

  • Onsite position located in Mission Valley

  • Contract role for 1–3 months with potential for extension

  • Fast-paced, professional corporate office environment

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST

  • Onsite, Full-time role

  • Compensation: $43.00-$45.00 per hour DOE
