LHH is teaming up with a professional services organization in San Francisco, CA in search of an Administrative Assistant to support a busy tax team during their seasonal peak.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact. The team values proactive support, clear communication, and a strong sense of ownership. You’ll be working closely with leadership and supporting key operational processes that keep the team running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You should have experience supporting executives, managing sensitive information, and working in deadline-driven environments. A background in professional services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-filing and assembling tax returns

  • Administering the tax filing system

  • Preparing engagement letters

  • Providing executive and facilities support

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required

  • Experience in a professional services firm preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage confidential information and work independently

Job Type: Contract

Start Date/Duration: mid August - November, 2025

Location: Fully on-site in San Francisco, CA

Hours: Full-time, standard business hours

Pay Rate: $23/hour
