A nationally recognized law firm honored by U.S. News as one of the “Best Companies to Work For – Law Firms” is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its New York City office. This role offers meaningful litigation work, direct client contact, and clear opportunities for professional growth in a respected national firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Handle client communications, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Draft motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
- Participate in investigations, hearings, and trials
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Admission to practice in New York
- Minimum 1 year of experience in employment or commercial litigation
- Prior Law Review or Moot Court experience preferred
Compensation:
- Base salary range: $110,000 – $150,000, plus bonus potential and full benefits
