Executive Assistant



Location: South San Francisco, CA


Looking to work in a Hybrid position that allows you to work amongst creative individuals? We are looking for someone who’s talent can help the hospitality and event coordinating world.



Responsibilities:



  • Deliver accommodating performance to external and internal clients/employees.


  • Report directly with CEO and CCO. Provide administrative support and clerical assistance to executive and director-level management within the company.


  • Facilitate arrangements, meetings, and upcoming events. Prepared in planning short-term and long-term events.


  • Assist in organizing workforces; supervising activity, applications, and making hiring decisions.


  • Help manage the itinerary/schedule of executive planning. Schedule meetings, travel support, and other logistic demands from management.


  • Conduct research, prepare correspondence, disbursements, and numerical writing. Use software systems for scheduling (e.g. outlook, MS Office/Suites, etc.).

  • Efficient organization skills??


  • Able to work in an accelerated work-environment. Complacent in continuous transforming arrangements or adjusting climate.


  • Strong personality: Approachable behavior with warm communication style


  • Hours: 8:30-5:30 PM (PTO included)
