LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Financial Systems Programmer Analyst. Ideal candidates will have experience developing and managing databases, reporting tools, and dashboards that support financial operations. This role translates business requirements into technical specifications, drives cross?departmental projects focused on system optimization, and oversees integrations between internal systems and third?party platforms. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining technical documentation, contributing to financial process improvements such as billing and cash application, and ensuring seamless deployment of upgrades, automation, and new functionality.

Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000 annual (flexible upon experience)

Job Description:
  • Deliver support to users across a broad range of business applications, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and thoroughly.
  • Plan and carry out system testing cycles following updates, maintenance, or changes to confirm everything continues functioning as intended.
  • Work jointly with members of the Financial Systems & IT group to architect, deploy, and maintain technology solutions used across financial operations.
  • Build, enhance, and manage custom tools within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including automated workflows, applications, and analytics dashboards.
  • Oversee the creation, integration, and upkeep of databases and data platforms that enable Financial Services teams to operate efficiently.
  • Engineer and implement reporting assets—such as dashboards, data queries, and specialized financial application components—to support organizational needs.
  • Evaluate business needs and convert them into technical specifications used for developing software, workflows, or redesigned processes.
  • Manage complex initiatives that span multiple departments, focusing on system improvements, data restructuring, and advanced technology solutions.
  • Introduce system updates, performance improvements, and general maintenance to keep financial tools secure, stable, and running efficiently.
  • Maintain system reliability by monitoring performance trends, troubleshooting issues, and proactively responding to potential disruptions.
  • Support connections between internal systems and external platforms, ensuring information flows correctly through integrated tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation outlining how applications are configured, how systems are set up, and how financial technologies should be operated or supported.
  • Drive improvements in financial procedures—such as billing, collections, eBilling, special pricing arrangements, and cash application—by participating in process?enhancement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on workflow logic, data fields, interface layouts, system configuration choices, and integrations with external vendors.
  • Execute comprehensive test strategies for new functionality, system upgrades, and automation solutions to ensure they deploy smoothly and meet requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Technology preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web-application programming using MS Development Stack
  • Demonstrated knowledge of programming languages including Visual Basic, Visual C#, Java, Javascript, Structured Query Language (SQL), MS Power Platform, SSMS, SSRS, ETL tools (Alteryx or SSIS), Boomi, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, ChromRiver, ARCS, Aderant Design and Classice
  • Communicates clearly in both writing and conversation, adjusting style to suit the situation.
  • Able to remain steady and professional when facing tight timelines or challenging circumstances.
  • Reads and evaluates information thoroughly to draw accurate conclusions.
  • Quickly adjusts to new processes or shifting expectations while maintaining a service?focused mindset.
  • Works well with colleagues, contributing effectively to group goals and shared responsibilities.
  • Identifies issues and resolves them promptly by determining the most practical course of action.



Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
