LHH partnered with a local company to recruit for an HRIS Analyst.
HRIS Analyst Compensation: $40 to $55/hour Duration: 3-months Temp Location: Remote (must have expertise in California compliance and wage/hourly regulations) Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our team as a contractor for a 3-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Paylocity and Harri, along with expertise in California compliance. This role will focus on streamlining and integrating HRIS workflows, auditing systems, and ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the integration of Harri with Paylocity for seamless record updates.
Restructure position codes and cost center codes in Paylocity to align with best practices.
Ensure data fields are accurate and flow correctly across systems.
Audit user roles and permissions in Harri, ensuring appropriate access levels for all users.
Build reports and analyze discrepancies, providing data-backed insights to resolve issues.
Review and enhance workflows for recruiting, pay increases, and performance management modules.
Access Reconfiguration: Rebuild user groups and access roles in Harri, ensuring clarity and functionality.
Report Development: Create workflows and reports to streamline manager tasks and improve transparency.
Implement and test sick time, PTO accrual, and performance management modules.
Document changes, impacted workflows, and the rationale behind updates.
Train managers on system changes, providing clear guidelines and expectations.
Communicate process updates and system changes effectively to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5+ years of HRIS Analyst experience with strong knowledge of Paylocity and Harri.
Expertise in California compliance and wage/hourly regulations.
Strong data analysis, workflow design, and system optimization skills.
Excellent communication skills to document changes and train managers.
