Title: Office Admin
Work in the beautiful city of San Francisco, CA in an independently driven role. Perform high-level projects and tasks under a solitary structure.
LHH is looking for an office admin eager to demonstrate their talent in directing tasks, coordinating meetings, and planning appointments. Excel in performing clerical tasks, with support in answering phones and responding to emails.
Responsibilities:
Reinforce office and mailroom operations.
Coordinate activities/projects throughout the department to ensure efficiency and uphold company policy trajectory and all respective procedures.
Oversee administrative staff functions; direct department members??? responsibilities to improve performance.
Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management and local staff members.
Conduct emails, memos, invoices, reports, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
Support financial data-entry and company procedure calculations.
Form and recondition databases and records for financial material.
Assist in similar receptionist tasks including vendor interactions and ordering supplies for the office.
Accept report submissions and prepare necessary proposals/presentations.
Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Apply if you meet the below requirements:
1-2 year experience in an administrative role, or knowledgeable in strong customer service skills.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Efficient organization skills and time management skills
Detail-oriented; precision-focused and cautious in decision-making
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook
Work hours: 8:30-5:30 PM (PTO included)
