Senior Real Estate Paralegal
Job Summary The candidate will work as a Senior Real Estate Paralegal focusing on handling complex real estate transactions and subdivision projects in California. They will assist in preparing and filing necessary documents with the Department of Real Estate (DRE), coordinate logistics for closing deals, and manage entity formations and modifications. Even Simpler: This job is for a paralegal who helps with buying or selling big pieces of land in California. They prepare important papers, make sure everything goes smoothly when deals happen, and help set up new companies.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have:
Real Estate transactions experience
Familiarity with Subdivisions
Experience in DRE filings
Knowledge of California Subdivided Lands Law
Ability to manage Entity formation
Preferred:
Experience supporting large master-planned projects
Proficiency in organizing due diligence matters like UCC searches
paralegal certificate
Salary to be based upon experience; we're targeting between $120,000 and $140,000 annual.
For the first 90 days, you will be required to work completely onsite. Hybrid work arrangement out of our San Francisco office, with the expectation to be in the office 4 times per week and on an as needed basis.
