Responsibilities
Support all programmatic compensation activities, including annual focal/merit cycles, incentive payouts, salary survey participation, and market pricing.

Respond to general compensation inquiries and provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.
Assist with implementation work related to new job families/profiles in Workday.
Operate in a high-volume, fast-moving environment as part of a lean Compensation/Total Rewards team.

Ability to work independently with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable navigating shifting priorities in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
Team-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven.
Experience with multi-state or global compensation is a plus.
Critical support for a condensed timeline around the annual compensation cycle.
