Service Desk Associate
Location: Santa Fe New Mexico
Pay: $55k-$60k /year
LHH is partnering with a valued client that is seeking to hire a Service Desk Associate who will be supporting employees across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, learning new tools, and delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Do
Provide responsive support to onsite and remote users
Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and core business applications
Handle Tier 1–2 support and escalate when appropriate
Assist with device setup, endpoint configuration, and mobile support
Support AV/meeting technologies including conference and Zoom‑based rooms
Document solutions and contribute to team process improvements
Collaborate with teammates and coordinate with vendors when needed
Follow security, access, and data‑protection procedures
What You Bring
1+ years of IT or desktop support experience
Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑moving environment
Comfort supporting users at all technical skill levels
Preferred Skills
Experience with Windows and macOS
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune
Exposure to Citrix or ITSM systems such as Freshservice
Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts
Experience supporting AV equipment or collaboration tools
