Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full Time, Onsite

About the Role
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sayville, NY. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy supporting customers with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Track and record customer interactions using internal systems.
Provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal team members to support overall customer service efforts.
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency with MS Office and general computer systems.
Friendly and empathetic demeanor with a professional attitude.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
