LHH Recruitment is partnering with an organization in Scottsdale who is in search of a customer service coordinator to join their team. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. The hourly pay is between $20/hr-$24/hr DOE.
This role focuses on providing exceptional B2B customer service and efficient order entry processing, supporting our business clients via phone and email. If you are looking to contribute to a growing organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment, I would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent B2B customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely entry into our systems.
Communicate with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any other related inquiries.
Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and expedite solutions.
Handle product inquiries, pricing, and availability in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update customer records in the system as needed.
Support sales and operations teams with order tracking and status updates.
Ensure that customer orders are processed in accordance with company policies and timelines.
Use SAP to manage and track orders, inventory, and customer data (SAP experience preferred).
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus).
Previous experience in B2B customer service or order entry processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
SAP experience preferred for order management and customer record tracking.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
