LHH Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company in Scottsdale who is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys supporting day-to-day operations. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Support various departments with administrative tasks
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
