Senior Payroll Administrator
Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite for training and then hybrid, 2 days from home.)
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
$80,000 – $100,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to support a high-volume, multi-state workforce of thousands of employees. This role requires deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now and full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll processing.
What You’ll Do
- Process full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for thousands of employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage payroll tax filings and payments
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations prior to transmission
- Maintain accurate records for earnings, deductions, garnishments, and benefits
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Partner with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy
- Generate payroll reporting for leadership
What You Bring
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- Proven experience processing payroll for large employee populations
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
- Advanced Excel skills
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and payroll tax
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) strongly preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
