Senior Payroll Administrator

Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite for training and then hybrid, 2 days from home.)

Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

$80,000 – $100,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to support a high-volume, multi-state workforce of thousands of employees. This role requires deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now and full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll processing.

What You’ll Do

  • Process full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for thousands of employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Manage payroll tax filings and payments
  • Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations prior to transmission
  • Maintain accurate records for earnings, deductions, garnishments, and benefits
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Partner with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy
  • Generate payroll reporting for leadership

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience
  • Proven experience processing payroll for large employee populations
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and payroll tax
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) strongly preferred
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
