Position: Contract Compliance Manager


Location: Seattle, WA


Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year


LHH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Compliance Manager to join our client's team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts entered into by the company comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.


Responsibilities:



  • Review, analyze, and interpret contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures related to contract management.


  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential non-compliance.


  • Collaborate with legal counsel, finance, and other departments to resolve compliance issues and mitigate risks.


  • Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms and conditions.


  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract compliance best practices.


  • Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting contract management.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field (Master's degree preferred).


  • 5+ years of experience in compliance or contract management related field, preferably in the banking and financial industry.


  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to contract management.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
