Customer Service Representative (Temp) – Seattle

Pay Rate: $20 – $24/hour

We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative to assist with inbound and outbound communications, resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone, email, and chat inquiries from customers

  • Resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

  • Provide support to internal teams as needed

  • Contribute to a positive customer experience

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience (phone/email/chat)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments

  • Reliable and detail-oriented



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
