Customer Service Representative (Temp) – Seattle
Pay Rate: $20 – $24/hour
We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative to assist with inbound and outbound communications, resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
Handle phone, email, and chat inquiries from customers
Resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Provide support to internal teams as needed
Contribute to a positive customer experience
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience (phone/email/chat)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Reliable and detail-oriented
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
