Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 2-Month Contract


Seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership during a fast-paced, transitional period. Ideal for someone with strong admin skills and a polished, professional presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and team communications
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Professionalism, discretion, and reliability


Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.65 per hour
