HR Analyst
Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 / year
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage
Retirement: 401(k) with employer match
Paid Time Off: 20 days PTO annually, plus 10 paid holidays
Other compensation: performance bonus eligibility
Role Summary
The HR Analyst will collect, interpret, and report on HR data to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills and an interest in workforce metrics.
Responsibilities
Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights
Prepare reports on turnover, retention, compensation, and more
Support HRIS system maintenance and updates
Partner with HR team to design dashboards and KPIs
Ensure compliance with data security and reporting standards
Qualifications
2+ years of HR or data analysis experience
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
Experience with HRIS or analytics platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills
