HR Benefits/Generalist (Temp) – Seattle

Pay Rate: $30 – $38/hour

A temporary HR Benefits/Generalist is needed to support day-to-day employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures

  • Support open enrollment and benefits changes

  • Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records

  • Provide guidance on compliance and policy interpretation

  • Assist with leave of absence coordination

Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR Generalist or in benefits administration

  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment



Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
