HR Benefits/Generalist (Temp) – Seattle
Pay Rate: $30 – $38/hour
A temporary HR Benefits/Generalist is needed to support day-to-day employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance processes.
Responsibilities
Assist with employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures
Support open enrollment and benefits changes
Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records
Provide guidance on compliance and policy interpretation
Assist with leave of absence coordination
Qualifications
Experience as an HR Generalist or in benefits administration
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
