HR Generalist
Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $75,000 – $90,000 / year
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage
Retirement: 401(k) with employer match
Paid Time Off: 20 days PTO annually, plus 10 paid holidays
Other compensation: annual performance bonus
Role Summary
The HR Generalist will provide broad HR support across employee relations, compliance, benefits, and policy administration. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and cross-functional impact.
Responsibilities
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes
Advise managers and employees on HR policies
Administer benefits and leave programs
Partner with leadership on employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor and employment regulations
Qualifications
3+ years of HR generalist experience
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
