Position: Legal Assistant
Status: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000/year (based on experience).
LHH is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our client's team in downtown Seattle. This role supports one partner, one long-term associate, and one new attorney in a dynamic, litigation-heavy environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of trial/litigation support experience in federal and WA state courts, including trial participation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive litigation support for federal and state court cases.
Manage time entry for billing purposes.
Coordinate and prepare trial materials for attorneys.
Handle administrative tasks, including document formatting, scheduling, and correspondence.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in trial/litigation support in WA state
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and typing (skills testing required).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

$500 deductible 90/10 plan
HSA firm contributes 1500/year
401K immediately 3% and safe harbor right away no waiting period
Matches up to 4% on 401K
3.5% profit sharing
2 weeks of PTO, 3 weeks after 5 years accrued immediately and can be used after 90 days
Reimburse for parking and parking available for the building and they will reimburse for bus or ORCA card for ferry

Skills testing (typing WPM, Word proficiency, etc.).
