Litigation Legal Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid)
Salary: $80,000-$105,000
We are seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with 5+ years of experience to support attorneys handling commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and public officials' administrative law matters. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation and administrative proceedings
Preparing, filing, and managing pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
Monitoring deadlines and maintaining case calendars
Coordinating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Assisting with hearing and trial preparation, and organizing case materials
Compensation & Benefits:
Commuter Benefits: $200/month (car, bus, or light rail)
Healthcare: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision; 50% for dependents
Multiple plan options, including HSA with employer contributions
401(k) & Profit Sharing: Eligible after 6 months; 10% of salary contribution
PTO: 17 days plus paid holidays
Cell Phone Reimbursement: $35/month
