Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)

Pay Rate: $23–$24 per hour

Position Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a valued client in Evandale, Ohio, to fill a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist position. This is a contract opportunity ideal for candidates with a strong background in accounts payable who are seeking a flexible, first-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner

  • Reconcile account discrepancies and maintain vendor records

  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities

  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
