LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to communication, organization, and management.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including setting up conference calls and video conferences.
  • Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and staff.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Hours:


  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday

  • 100% in office
