Senior Processor Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Processor Specialist for a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Senior Processor Specialist will lead title and registration processing for multiple states, ensuring compliance with customer SLAs and jurisdictional requirements. This role involves managing high-volume transactional processes, coordinating workflows, and supporting operational excellence through training, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate demonstrates critical thinking, attention to detail, and thrives under pressure in a results-oriented environment.


Location: St. Petersburg, FL 33712 – 100% On Site


Compensation: $18.00 per hour max

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Process title and registration transactions across multiple states.

  • Verify compliance with jurisdictional and client-specific requirements.

  • Prepare and manage documentation: printing assignments, forms, signatures, notary, shipping labels, and client reporting.

  • Maintain and update processing manuals and SOPs for cross-training.

  • Research and expedite client requests promptly.

  • Monitor service request workflows (Fresh Desk Tickets) and assist with backlog resolution.

  • Review outgoing transactions for accuracy; correct errors and escalate issues as needed.

  • Generate and share performance reports and assist with root cause analysis.

  • Develop and conduct functional training for new and existing employees.

  • Collaborate with other leads and departments to support business needs.

  • Recommend staffing levels and hours to management.

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and data entry tasks.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or transaction processing roles.

  • Ability to pass background checks per state credentialing requirements.

  • Proficiency in proprietary software applications and intermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills. Typing speed of 30–35 WPM.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a team environment.

  • High sense of urgency and initiative for customer service and problem resolution.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and demonstrates professionalism.

  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus.
