Job Title: QA Administrator
Location: South Bay
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $70K - $100K
About the Role
A leading construction and development firm is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Administrator to support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems across a variety of high-profile projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage digital QA/QC documentation across multiple platforms and projects.
Coordinate meetings and communications for the QA/QC team and project stakeholders.
Interface with trade contractors to ensure timely completion of documentation requirements.
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and physical documentation as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction administration or a related field.
Familiarity with document control procedures and construction quality programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field management software (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Physical & Mental Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday; occasional stair climbing.
Frequent use of hands for computer work; visual and auditory acuity required.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
High attention to detail, independent decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position.
