Job Title: QA Administrator
Location: South Bay
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $70K - $100K

About the Role

A leading construction and development firm is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Administrator to support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems across a variety of high-profile projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital QA/QC documentation across multiple platforms and projects.

  • Coordinate meetings and communications for the QA/QC team and project stakeholders.

  • Interface with trade contractors to ensure timely completion of documentation requirements.

  • Generate reports, spreadsheets, and physical documentation as needed.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction administration or a related field.

  • Familiarity with document control procedures and construction quality programs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field management software (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, etc.).

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.


Physical & Mental Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday; occasional stair climbing.

  • Frequent use of hands for computer work; visual and auditory acuity required.

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.

  • High attention to detail, independent decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple priorities.


Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, on-site position.
