A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance operations and drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for leading maintenance personnel, managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and supporting operational efficiency across a multi-shift environment. The anticipated salary for this role is between $110,000-$130,000 a year.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and develop a team of maintenance supervisors, coordinators, and technicians across multiple shifts

· Promote and implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives

· Plan, manage, and optimize preventive, predictive, and reliability maintenance programs, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and autonomous maintenance

· Improve equipment uptime and operational efficiency through proactive maintenance strategies

· Manage the maintenance budget, including cost control, resource planning, and equipment utilization

· Serve as a change agent by driving company standards and continuous improvement throughout the facility

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and required permits

· Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and outsourced maintenance services

· Lead capital projects, including justification, implementation, and upgrades to equipment and facilities

· Develop cross-training plans and skills matrices for maintenance team members

· Identify and support ongoing training and professional development opportunities

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance maintenance performance and plant reliability

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience

· 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including TPM

· 5+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, team-oriented leadership style

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed, matrix-based environment

· Class K certification preferred or ability to obtain

· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and decision-making skills

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation
