HR Assistant – Tacoma, WA
Type: Full-Time | Location: On-site
We’re hiring a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our client’s team in Tacoma. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting HR operations and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling
Support HR projects and employee programs
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in HR or administrative support
Excellent communication and time management skills
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
