Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Tempe, AZ (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility available)
Pay Range: $24 to $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including PO matching and three-way match
 - Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
 - Use Oracle or similar ERP systems to perform AP functions
 - Work within an imaging system to organize and process invoices
 - Navigate multiple software platforms to complete daily tasks
 - Perform reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
 - Communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth AP operations
 - Support logistics-related AP tasks (logistics AP experience is a strong plus)
 
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years of recent experience in full-cycle, high-volume AP
 - Proficiency with Oracle or other large ERP systems
 - Experience using imaging systems for invoice processing
 - Ability to multitask across various software platforms
 - Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
 - Excellent communication and organizational abilities
 - Prior experience in logistics AP is highly preferred
 
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
